Since 1991, music, literature, theatre, art and cinema - have all found a place here, making it a cultural institution. In addition to culture, companies have also moved into the renovated buildings. The result was a solid mix of culture and business that can now proudly look back on three decades of history.

The book tells of a place of culture that - despite resistance - set out to create "culture for everyone" in 1990/91 and is still true to this motto today.
